Pat Jefcoat began her real estate career with Coldwell Banker Don Nace, Inc. in 1985. She has been a Multi-Million Dollar Producer for several years and a member of the Life Time Multi-Million Dollar Club. Pat has participated in several professional real estate organizations including serving as State President of Women’s Council of Realtors® in 1993 and Governor in 1994 and past President of the Hattiesburg Area Association of Realtors® 2003. She has earned the professional designations of CRS and GRI. Pat was chosen Mississippi’s Realtor® Associate of the Year in 1989 and 1996 and is a four time recipient of SME Distinguished Sales Award. She was chosen by her peers and named on of Hattiesburg’s Most Referred Realtors®. She has received numerous awards and recognitions including Top Selling Sales Associate of the Year and Coldwell Banker International President’s Circle.

Pat’s community activities include service as a Charter member of the Board of Directors for the Hattiesburg Zoological Society, as well as, an active member of the American Heart Association and March of Dimes. Pat and her husband are active supporters of USM and enjoy traveling whether it is to a game or just for pleasure. She is a member of University Baptist Church.
