With a big dream in 1973 -- and an even bigger commitment to excellence -- Don Nace began Don Nace, Inc., which later became Coldwell Banker Don Nace, Inc.

For more than 30 years this commitment has set the standard for real estate in the Greater Hattiesburg market. In 1984 Gwen James joined the team as co-owner. One year later Don and Gwen took a bold step, joining the national Coldwell Banker franchise ... all with the goal of better serving the real estate needs of South Mississippi.

To better serve their clients, Gwen took over the reins as President of the Residential Division while Don became President of the Commercial Division. Together, they have set the benchmark for this Independently Owned and Operated franchise affiliate which has been selected a Premier Office and a President’s Award of Honor Office within the Coldwell Banker national system.

With 17 Multi-Million Dollar Producers and 4 Million-Dollar Producers, the Coldwell Banker Don Nace, Inc. office has consistently been ranked within the Coldwell Banker system!
